Hello, thanks again to all of you who have helped support me and my music by purchasing and using my music and spreading the word. Recently you may have noticed a third party content match claim next to one of your Youtube videos using my background music or even someone else’s. Well due to so many people stealing music I have been forced to register my audio with Adrev, a content ID system thats helps to track uses of my music. No fears my background music is safe for your channel and to monetize YOUR content.
If you have bought my music and you have a third party match claim for music on your Youtube video you wish to monetize no worries(if you purchased it legally) it only takes a second to clear this up and is pretty much the way all music use is heading in the future, I mean why offer a written license if you don’t need to use, its not fair to those who purchase it legally.
To clear a content claim all you have to do is click on the notice and then select dispute, then just click the option that says you have permission and a written license. In the explanation area just copy and paste license text and place of purchase like “instrumentalsfree.com” If for some reason you are still having any issues you can always email me at email@example.com and send me the url to the video along with proof of purchase and I can submit it to be cleared for you. If you have my music on multiple videos I can even put in to have your whole Youtube channel whitelisted as long as you are not using background music by other artist Adrev represents on your videos as well.
You can also CLICK HERE to clear a Youtube video now if you have purchased my music and have the proper license. Please when purchasing audio on this site always choose the ZIP version (Not the MP3) so you get the written license.
Please contact me or leave a comment if you have any questions about Youtube content ID claims, but rest assured all my Youtube Safe Music Can be used as Copyright free music to monetize your videos with.
Thanks again! -Ryan (Sophonic Media)
